The use of any other power supply will void the wheel base warranty, is potentially dangerous and can lead to serious injury or death.If the wheelbase does not power up when the PSU shows no problems and the LEDs on it are on, check the following:Is the power button clicked correctly?Did you notice any visible damage to the power port on the wheelbase?If there are no visible hardware issues, try starting the base in bootloader mode. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds while the dock is connected to a Windows PC with our drivers installed. The firmware update will appear on the screen. Continue with the update and try powering on the base again.If you are using a Podium DD wheelbase with a kill switch installed, check that the kill switch button is unlocked. When using the kill switch to power off the wheelbase, the button itself will remain depressed until unlocked. This can be done by turning the button clockwise as indicated by the arrow on it.If the PSU light goes out when you connect power, check the following:Check the power supply and cables for damage. (Make sure the PSU is not connected to the grid!If there is no visible damage, try connecting the PSU to a different wall outlet.
